Processing & Shipping Policy 

Processing time

We offer unique handcrafted items made of stained glass. Please allow us 3-5 business days from the date of your order for processing, before your package is shipped out.

We do all processing and handling from our location Kyiv, Ukraine.

Shipping

We offer the trackable international shipping for all orders. The estimated shipping time by countries:

  • Australia: 2-4 weeks
  • Canada: 2-4 weeks
  • France: 1-2 weeks
  • Germany: 1-3 weeks
  • Ireland: 1-3 weeks
  • New Zealand: 3-4 weeks
  • United Kingdom: 1-3 weeks
  • United States: 2-4 weeks

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the work of post services, airports and customs.

If you need it urgently, please contact us at zangerglass@gmail.com to confirm the possibility of express shipping, its terms and extra costs.

We send orders to the shipping address you provide, so please make sure it's correct before placing the order.

We do not ship orders on Sundays and on national holidays, because the post office is closed. National holidays may differ in different countries.

Packaging

All parcels are packed in a way to ensure the best possible safety and its perfect arrival.

Packaging of Wall Clocks

To ensure the best possible security of the shipment the clock hands are packed in the parcel separately. You will need to place it on clockwork and insert battery.

Here's step by step instruction:

  1. Place the hour hand onto shaft at 12:00 position at first.
  2. Place the minute hand onto shaft at 12:00 position then.
  3. Place the second hand at any position and tighten it securely finally.
  4. Please check that all three hands are set parallel to each other (if not, straighten them accurately by hands).
  5. Please set the time only using the wheel at the clockwork.
  6. Insert battery (type "AA") according to the +/- symbols, one side after another.

Order Confirmation & Delivery Tracking

  • You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation immediately after you place your online order. 
  • Once you order is shipped you will receive a second e-mail confirmation including the tracking number of your parcel.
  • Please include the order tracking number and your full name in all e-mail correspondence to speed up the processing of your request.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

Undeliverable Packages

In case the package is returned back because of such reasons as:

  • incorrect or insufficient shipping information provided by the customer;
  • no one is available to take delivery or pick up a package for delivery with a signature.

We contact the buyer to choose and confirm the following:

  • Customer pays for repeat shipping, provide the correct address and we send the parcel once again;
  • Customer refuses the repeat shipping and chooses the refund of the order. In this case after customer's confirmation we refund the price of returned products without shipping.
