When my order will be shipped? We offer unique handcrafted items made of stained glass. Please allow us 3-5 business days from the date of your order for processing, before your package is shipped out.

Will I get a tracking number of my package? Once you order is shipped you will receive e-mail confirmation including the tracking number of your parcel.

What is the price of shipping? We offer the international shipping with tracking. The shipping price to the US is based on the order amount:

When will I receive my order? All our works we make and send out from Ukraine. The estimated standard shipping time to different destinations: 

  • Australia: 2-4 weeks
  • Canada: 2-4 weeks
  • France: 1-3 weeks
  • Germany: 1-3 weeks
  • Ireland: 1-3 weeks
  • New Zealand: 2-4 weeks
  • United Kingdom: 1-3 weeks
  • United States: 2-4 weeks

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the work of post services, airports and customs

I want to place the order, but my country is not in the shipping list. If you want place the order and your country is not in the shipping list, please contact us at zangerglass@gmail.com and we will find a way.

I need it urgently. Can I get it with the express shipping? If you need it urgently, please contact us at zangerglass@gmail.com to confirm its possibility, terms and cost.

Is the packaging reliable? All parcels are packed in a way to ensure the best possible safety and its perfect arrival. Super secure packaging for international shipping.

And if the item will be damaged during the shipment? If you get a damaged item, just send us a claim in 3 days of delivery. We will need from you following info:

  • your name, address and phone number;
  • the order number; 
  • a detailed description of the damaged item and condition of the shipping packaging; 
  • photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Please send us all needed info in time to confirm the details. After the confirmation of damaged item received, you will need to choose an option you prefer:

  • we will send you the free replacement for our expense;
  • we will refund you the order in full volume 100%.

Please be aware that if the item is possible to save, you will need to pack it the same way in the original packaging that you received it and send it to us. We will organize the return shipment and will pay for it. You will just need to pack it and send it due to given instructions.  

I want to buy a wall clock. Will I need to place a clockwork or hands? The clockwork is already installed. But to ensure the best possible security of the shipment the clock hands are packed in the parcel separately. You will need to place it on clockwork and insert battery.

Here's step by step instruction:

  1. Place the hour hand onto shaft at 12:00 position at first.
  2. Place the minute hand onto shaft at 12:00 position then.
  3. Place the second hand at any position and tighten it securely finally.
  4. Please check that all three hands are set parallel to each other (if not, straighten them accurately by hands).
  5. Please set the time only using the wheel at the clockwork.
  6. Insert battery (type "AA") according to the +/- symbols, one side after another.

I’ve got my large item in a wooden box and I’m not sure how to open it. Please place the box with white plywood on the top (it’s the top of box) on a flat surface large enough to avoid slipping from it, for example, the middle of the table.

Take a knife and carefully lift up lid of the box, holding the box with the other hand in one place.

There are special small nails for wood and they come out very easily and without much effort.

Remove the lid, the protective foam and fixing masking tape. And please don’t forget to set aside the hands, packed together separately. They will need to be installed on the wall clock.
